Qualify as a Lawyer/Adviser in 3 - 6 months
In January 2025, the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) changed their name to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). The IAA regulates immigration advice and services in the UK. By completing this course, you will be one step further to qualifying as an Immigration lawyer under the IAA.

Our Training
We offer IAA level 1, 2 and 3 training.
Level 1 - you can undertake work on non-complex immigration applications; such as visitor visa, spouse visa, employment visa etc.
Level 2 - you can undertake work on complex applications; such as an application for discretionary leave.
Level 3 - you can undertake appeal work.
